Designed for industrial applications, each step produces accurate, parallel holes with a small clearance on the nominal diameter. The maximum material thickness is determined by the length of step (If the work piece can be reversed multiply thickness by 2). Ideal for enlarging exising holes and produces a burr free finish.
Used to remove a bolt or screw when head is missing or damaged. Drill appropriate size hole into damaged fastener, insert the screw extractor with a tap wrench, turning it anticlockwise until the fastener is removed. Use a penetrating oil to help with the removal. The set allows the removing of fasteners with diameters between 5 and 18mm.
