Gripple Wire Suspension

B-Lock wire rope hanger grips, also known as clutches, are made in Europe by Gripple and are a fast and affordable wire rope grip. They do not require and specialist tools to install. B-Locks are versatile and can be used with 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm B-Lock steel wire rope diameters.

Safe working load rating is stated on the grip for guidance:

1.5mm wire - 35kgs SWL

2mm wire - 60kgs SWL

2.5mm wire - 70kgs SWL.

The SWL is only valid when used with B-LOCK branded steel wire rope. A slide release function allows for rapid wire hanger installation and adjustment when working at height.

Gripple Industrial hangers are a length of wire coming in various gauges (No's 1, 2, 3, 4) to support different ranges of loads from 0-10kg to 90-225kg, they have an end fixing, in this case a Loop Fast end and a Gripple. This Gripple allows the wire to be looped through whatever is been supported, cable tray, lighting, signs, etc. and secured and at the correct length. A key allows for adjustment of the drop length after installation.The Gripple Loop Fast is ideal for looping around purlins, beams, roof trusses and other accessible building features. Uses a non-invasive, simple, choke knot technique. Available up to 325kg SWL, with a 5:1 safety factor. Comes as a ready-to-use kit with wire and Gripple fastener.

Gripple Catenary Kits create secure, overhead spans by running high strength cables horizontally between two fixing points. This opens up new options and is made even easier by the Gripple C-Clip. An innovative, twist-on device for hanging anywhere along the wire, the C-Clip can be fitted retrospectively, and offers complete control of both vertical and horizontal positioning.

Gripple Fast Trak is a pre-fabricated trapeze bracket system for the installation of containment, pipework, ductwork and other MEP services. You order the Gripple Fast Trak Bracket and Trak separately so you can customize it to you needs, the lengths of Trak can be used on any of the bracket sizes, so keeping a few of each size give you a wide range of installation options. Because the system is pre sized it removes the need for the cutting of threaded rod or channel on site making installations up to six times faster than a standard installation. Brackets can be moved up and down the Trak without the need for tools and can be locked in place when the correct position is found. If the Trak is too long it is simply bent under the bracket for a tidy finish. Multiple Fast Trak Brackets can be installed on the same Traks forming a multi-tiered trapeze for additional services. Indicators and the end of the bracket help with the marking of the ceiling to create the fixing point.
