Lindapter Girder Clamps
Girder and steelwork clamps from Lindapter including their Type A recessed and Type B flat top clamp. The Lindapter steelwork clamping system removes the need for welding or drilling of the steels, preserving the integrity of the steelwork and speeding up installation times.
Lindapter Type A steelwork clamp are used for connect steel sections without the need for drilling or welding, they can be tightened with hand tools removing the need for power and can be disassembled if needed. The clamp has a recessed top to hold the bolt head captive whilst the nut is tightened. The skirt prevents the clamp rotating during installation. Suitable for flanges up to 8°, the clamp should be choosen with the correct tail length to suit the thickness of the flange being gripped. Lindapter CW Clipped Washers or P1/P2 Packers are available to adjust the effective length of the tail to match the flange depth. Available bright zinc plated or hot dip galvanised for external applications. Download Lindapter's

Lindapter Type B steelwork clamp connect steel sections without the need for drilling or welding, they are ideally suited to holding a beam against a concrete beam or floor when used with
mechanical anchors. They are different to Type A's in that they have a flat top allowing the bolt head or nut to be rotated. Suitable for use with all bolts, studs, tie rods and J-bolts, and flanges up to 8°. Download Lindapter's

Lindapter Type AF high friction girder clamps allow the securing of steelwork to vertical beams without the need for welding. The top of the clamp is recessed to hold the bolt head captive when tightening the nut. A Type AFW insert is available that convert the clamp into a flat top, allowing a nut to be turned. The AFW nut can be inverted allowing larger hexagon heads of grade 10.9 bolts to be held captive. A skirt prevents the clamp from rotating during installation and is suitable for flanges up to 10°, ideal for S-beams. The correct tail length should be selected for the flange, AFCW washers and AF packers can be used to adust to the necessary depth. Download the
Lindapter Type AF information sheet for full dimensional data.
Self adjusting clamp for various flange thicknesses and slopes upto 15°. The leg of the saddle prevents the clamp rotating during installation. The LR tail spans slotted holes.
Adjustable clamp incorporating a setscrew tail to accommodate a wide range of flange thicknesses. The type D2 has a recessed head to hold the bolt head captive. The skirt prevents the clamp rotating during installation. Suitable for flanges up to 5°. Download Lindapter's

A versatile clamp for steel beams or rails. The skirt prevents the clamp from rotating during installation. The BR tail spans slotted holes suitable for flanges up to 8°. Download the

Packing washers and Packers used to adjust the tail length of various steelwork clamps to meet differing beam flange thicknesses.
A high friction clamp that hooks over the flange of a beam, angles or channels. The clamp is hot dip galvanised, making it ideal for outdoor applications and can be used in combination with other Lindapter girder clamps, see typical application in the
Lindapter Type CF information sheet.
Lindapter Hollo-Bolts cavity fixings removes the need for welding of structural hollow section (SHS) or any steel where access is only available from one side. The sleeve of the fixing expands within the hollow section which can be square, circular or oval section.
A purlin clip to suit a large range of purlin sections. Can be used with type SW - Swivel Unit for use on inclined purlins.
For vertical suspension on angled surface of up to 10° swing either side of the vertical. The hemispherical washer (HW) can be used without the cup. Download Lindapter's
