Walravens new range of economy steel zinc plated pipe clamp with two screw clamps, one screw requires loosening, the other complete removal and reconnection during installation, the screws have a washer to prevent loss. Suitable for steel pipes Ø 10mm-216mm, come with a M8/M10 welded connecting nut.

Heavy duty steel two-part clamp with two locking bolts on each side. Locking nuts on both sides of clamp are captive, hidden in plastic holder which can provide quicker installation and prevents the need to buy replacement nuts which may be lost during installation. The plastic also gives a protective coat to the nut to help prevent corrosion. The bolts are also secured with anti-loss washer. The boss is CO2 welded and zinc plated to support extra pressure exerted from heavier loading. Independently tested and certified to RAL-GZ 655 / 656. Download the Walraven HD500 pipe clamp datasheet.
