Rapid Rail
BIS RapidRail is a light/medium duty rail fixing system that's ideal for supporting and hanging pipes, with pre-assembled fittings that are easy to slide and adjust the RapidRail system can be a considerable time saver.
BIS RapidRail Fixing Rail is a pre galvanised steel profile with perforations that allow easy fixing to both sides of the rail. For details on the profile dimensions and loading please download the RapidRail Fixing Rail technical sheet.
A range of pre assembled brackets with a fast self contained locking mechanism for the creation of frames and trapezes, no other fixings are required. Brackets are held in place with a quarter turn, can be adjusted and finally locked with the tightening of the nut.
BIS RapidRail Slide Nuts are a ready to use, pre assembled but that installs simply with a quarter turn. It can hold the assembly in place and be adjusted prior to final tightening. More information is available on the BIS RapidRail Slide Nuts technical information sheet.
The fixing is pre assembled for immediate installation and consists of a thread stud attached to a quick installation slide nut. Simply insert the nut, turn through 90 degrees and the fixing is ready to take a pipe clamp or what ever you are attaching to the stud. BIS RapidRail Ball Swivel Hangers provide a ready to use pre assembled female thread on a ball swivel hanger with a quick install slide nut. It provides some scope for lateral movement of the fixture being hung, generally pipework. The body of the fixing has inspection holes to check the screw in depth.
