Spit's Pulsa 40E is their new cordless gas nailer ideally suited to the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor market. Not only is a gas nailer much faster at securing a fixing, because there's no drilling involved the amount of dust is greatly reduced as is the operators exposure to hand/arm vibration. A range of pins are suitable for fixing into steel, standard concrete (C25) and hard concrete (>C25), perfect for:

• Mini trunking
• Metal trunking
• Fire resistant cabling systems (Prysmian FireFix)
• Conduit boxes, metal and PVC
• Conduit tube, steel and flexible

It allows rapid installation, 2 pins per second with each battery charge lasting up to 3500 shots, with a 105 minute recharge cycle, 25 minutes charge gives 1000 shots. Each fuel cell will provide 750 shots and a fuel cell is included in each box of pins. The Pulsa 40E weighs 3.7kg so is easy to handle and a selector allows simple embedment depth choice, allowing the versitility to fire into different substrates.
